Chilling Final Words of Matador Gored to Death by a Bull After Tripping Over His Own Cape

The chilling final words of a matador who was sadly gored to death by a bull after he tripped over his own cape, are horrifying.

Back in 2017, Spanish bullfighter Ivan Fandiño was taking part in the Aire-sur-l’Adour bullfighting festival in southwest France when the worst happened.

Fandiño had been a matador for 12 years and had gained a reputation for being willing to work with animals that others thought were too dangerous.

The man sadly tripped on his own cape causing him to fall to the ground where the animal’s horn pierced multiple vital organs, including his lungs.

At the time, photos showed him still conscious while he was taken out of the ring to receive medical attention.

It was then reported that he sadly died from a heart attack on his way to the hospital.

As he was being taken away from the scene, his last words were reported as “Hurry up, I’m dying.”

Matador Juan del Alamo, who killed the animal after the incident, shared:  “I can’t believe it. None of us understand how it could have happened; it was all so fast. The bull knocked him down with its hindquarters and he fell face down.”

Fandiño was reportedly the first matador to die in a century in France, with the last being Isidoro Mari Fernando in 1921.

RIP.
